Osyter with Lemon Foam and Black Soft Pearl...
Well the osyter was freashly taken from its salt water tank, and the chef Damon slice it up... and just to tell you how it taste like, WOW!!! its so fresh that you can actually taste the salt water.. (well the best so far for me is at France) and combine with the Lemon Foam, its by far the BEST osyter in Town. XD
Next...
Mini Donut, with topings of caviar, shallot and chive paste and egg york.
The waiter said it must be eaten in 3 bites, again its SO YUMMMMMM!!!! the texture of the donut... with the salteness of the caviar plus the combine taste of the rest of the toppings... I could say this 6 course is very fusion like... heee...

Lobster Bite with pamesan spuma (fine foam) and its chips...
This dish... the lobster itself its good to eat it by itself... and it was (lets just say that enjoying every bite you have) kindda feeling...

Grilled Foie Gras (dark liver) with Hibiscus Marranque, grapes, nuts and Saviory Veosy Bun.
hm... honestly... i can't put into words of how it taste like... well to advise right, eat it by mixing all into a bite..(having abit of everything)...
The Main Course... geng geng geng.. XD
120g of medium cooked Wahyu Beef with potato spum, baby carrot, asparagus, mushroom... truffle paste... also in Green peppercorn reduction and dijion french mustard...
Imagine... the beef... where all the good taste (the fat la.. haha) is speaded out evenly to the meat... and every bite you take... the tenderness... WOW!!!!! Its heaven like... huhu plus with the reduction and the spum... its just perfect... (speechless)..
Well... thats just the main course... Anyone for Desert?? The last one of the 6 course dinner...heeee
Warm Chocolate Mosse with Walnut Ice-Cream and nuts...
This is not your typical Chocolate mooose... its very contemporary..very innovative... and the taste... is... Hmmmm..... again... Speechless...
So yea... This was my dinner for today.. and HONESLTY.. here the price.... hehehe,...
RM250... i know... though i believe its worth it... XD
